Water damage at your office often occurs when you're least expecting it. With water damage, it's critically important that you locate the source of damage as soon as possible and have it repaired. Our experienced technicians are experts at finding the source and addressing the issue quickly and effectively.
Category 1 - This type of damage is referred to as "clean" and occurs when a water pipe bursts, a tub or sink overflows, one of your appliances experiences a water line failure, a water heater ruptures, rainwater, or a broken toilet.
Category 2 - "Gray" water damage sources typically contain some amount of contamination. Gray sources may include but are not limited to overflow from the dishwasher, washing machines, toilet bowls with urine, aquariums, and water beds.
Category 3 - The most harmful source of water damage, "black" sources always contain pathogenic agents. These sources include municipal sewer lines, sea and ground surface water, rising water from rivers and streams, and certain types of sprinkler systems. In cases of water damage from "black" sources, porous surfaces like pads, carpet, paper, ceiling tiles, and books can't be salvaged and must be disposed of.
